What is the return/exchange policy?
All returns must be processed by contacting Customer Service first.
We currently have a 14 day unconditional returns policy from the date you received your order, provided the item is returned in a saleable condition. This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
We will be happy to refund or exchange your order, but we are unable to provide credit notes.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with the item, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is in a saleable condition. Please remember to include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
Buyers are responsible for return postage. We recommend that returns be sent by registered mail as we cannot be held responsible if your item is lost.

There is a problem with my item, what should I do?
If you have received a faulty item, you can email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to re-pay the postage and provide you with a full refund or replacement.
I have received the wrong item, what should I do?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days by emailing [email protected] to let the team know about the error. They will then arrange to return the wrong item for an exchange or full refund.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Once your refund is confirmed, you can expect the payment to be credited to your account within 14 working days.
How do I exchange my item?
Please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days by sending an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to exchange your item for you. Once your item is returned to us, we will send the new item to you by courier.
Why did I receive a refund for a certain item?
If you find that you have received a refund for a certain item, it is because the item is unfortunately out of stock. This is done to ensure that your order is not delayed any further, and we encourage you to sign up for restocking emails using the corresponding button on the product page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you!
